ONE MORE DAY
so yeah, the army pushed back Chris’ leave a little bit and he has to work tonight- but he will be leaving early tomorrow to come my way!
It was push and go there for a little when we thought he was going to have to stay on base all weekend and we would have to cancel our plans all together and wait some more to see each other ….. but GOD is GREAT and he was able to get out :)

This is the only thing that is going to get me through the day.
Just 3 more nights of sleeping alone and then I’ll be with my soldier until Monday. It’s the little things that make it the long distance so worth while.

Today was my soldiers 29th birthday…. And it obviously wasn’t the greatest day ever considering his leave was rejected.
So instead of us spending it together we will wait until next weekend when the army has given him memorial day off.
It’s all good though, we had the best talk tonight :) I am just counting down the days at this point ! 8 :)
